What to expect as you begin or end your residency with Laboy Group. Always follow your lease and any property-specific instructions you receive in writing.
Moving In
Before your move
- Complete your lease and any required onboarding steps.
- Watch for your Tenant Portal invitation and activate your account.
- Confirm your move-in date, key pickup, and utility instructions with Laboy Group.
- Save your lease and property contact information somewhere easy to find.
At move-in
- Document the home’s condition with clear, dated photos or video.
- Review any inventory or condition form provided to you and return it by the requested deadline.
- Test important features and report any concerns through the proper channel.
Moving Out
Before your move
- Give notice exactly as required in your lease.
- Confirm your final date, inspection process, and key-return instructions in writing.
- Review the Tenant Checkout List and begin cleaning and removal early.
- Update your forwarding address.
On your final day
- Remove all personal belongings and trash.
- Photograph the cleaned, empty home for your records.
- Return keys and access items according to the written instructions you received.
Your Tenant Portal
Use your portal for resident account activity, shared documents, and maintenance requests. Account-specific questions should be directed to Laboy Group through the appropriate channel.
